「房租又遲交了，寶貝。」逐出 戒指的房東（譯註：本漫畫影射經典名片《魔戒三部曲》，將 lord 改成 landlord 並將 landlord of the rings 解釋成「戒指的房東」，而片中曾持有魔戒的角色 Gollum 咕嚕的口頭禪則是 precious。）
