美國街舞大賽ABDC ( American Best Dancing Crew) 有一組成員都來自台灣的泡麵團"Instant Noodles Crew"。成員自我介紹時說"We are all from the same high school in Taiwan. Our chemistry is really strong." 

而林書豪還在New York尼克隊時，面對Carmelo Anthony回來時的磨合期，他也說"We’re improving and I think we’re developing somechemistry right now."

Chemistry這個有點難轉換成中文。

荷蘭化工製藥集團 Akzo Nobel有句漂亮的公司口號："Creating the Right Chemistry"，"right chemistry"是兩個有機體彼此互相產生反應或感覺。用來形容人與人之間的好感，或元素之間起化學反應，像男女之間的「來電」，又像是團體間的「默契」。

Chemistry是團隊成功的重要元素。如何增進團隊默契 ? 用英文告訴你：

• Never say ”I”. Instead, say “we“.

在團體中的每個人都是代表著團隊，請說 "我們" ，讓內部成員和外部的客戶都認知到你們團體的一致性。

• Putting yourself in somebody else's shoes.

設身處地為別人設想。 若可行的話，可以讓大家交換職位工作，這樣大家會很清楚每個職位最需要協助的地方是甚麼。若交換職位的方法在你的工作環境中不可行，可以用角色扮演 “role play” 的方式，帶入情境加以練習。

• Provide opportunities to collaborate with each other. When a task is provided, discuss with them the goal that you want to achieve.

提供彼此合作的機會，並讓大家清楚的知道要達到的目標。

• Respect and appreciate each other. Recognize that there is diversity and that each team member has strengths and weaknesses.

尊重每個人的多樣性，了解每個團隊成員的強處和弱處。任務中可以請在某方面有強處的同事帶著在這方面較弱的同事一起執行。讓同事間彼此互相學習。
