連假症候群是一種憂鬱情緒，英文稱作 post-vacation blues，也可以用 post-vacation syndrome，


其它相關單字還有：憂鬱 / 沮喪 depression、星期一症候群 Monday blues。

假期愈長，連假症候群的症狀就愈嚴重。
