當要表達A事件干擾到B事件時，與介系詞with連用：A interferes with B。如果要表達干預、干涉某人的事，則跟介系詞in連用。名詞形式為interference。interference也可以指發生在無線電、電話或電視訊號的電（磁）波干擾。
例句：
My part-time job is starting to interfere with my studies.
我的兼差已經開始干擾到我的課業了。
I wish my parents would stop interfering in my life.
我真希望我爸媽不要再干預我的生活。
