如果要指習慣性的姿勢，就使用 posture。
而如果是指刻意、有目的性擺出的姿勢，則用 pose 這個字，例如 yoga pose「瑜伽姿勢」、或是 a pose for the camera「拍照姿勢」。
例句：
It's important to maintain good posture while sitting at your desk.
做在桌前維持好的坐姿相當重要。
In yoga class, we're learning a new pose every week.
每周瑜伽課我們都會學到一個新的姿勢。
