「出包」是中文中較為口語的用法，意思是「犯錯」或是「搞砸」，英文說法為 mess up，另外常見的替代說法也可以用動詞 fail 或是片語 make a mistake。

例句：
I can't believe you messed up again! Can't you do anything right?
我不敢相信你又出包了！你就不能把事情做好嗎？

If they mess up my order one more time, I'm switching to another company.
如果他們再把我的訂單搞砸一次，我就要換到另一家公司了。
