今天一起來讀一些，讓人覺得有希望，可以反轉局面的英文片語吧。

1、high on someone's agenda 某人一定要做的事、對某人來說很重要事
Agenda是複數，它的原形是agendum，「議程」的意思。high on someone's agenda 原指「在某人的議程中的高處」，亦即「一定要做的事；很重要的事」。
Training on our new staff is high on our agenda. （新進員工的訓練是首要任務。）

2、come up in the world 飛黃騰達、平步青雲
come up in the world 指原各方面條件不是那樣好，但經過努力而「變得富有、社會地位提高」的 意思，相當於中文的「飛黃騰達」。也可以用rise in the world。
My previous boss has really come up in the world. She now owns her own company with over 3000 employees.（我以前的老闆真是飛黃騰達了。她現在自己擁有一間有三千多名員工的公司。）
