現在越來越多商家主打「熟客」限定，吸引並鞏固自家消費群，熟客就是常客，經常光顧的客人，英文是regular customer，可以簡稱為regular，也可稱frequent customer。相關單字還有：repeat customer「老顧客、回頭客」、loyal customer「忠實顧客」。
