How can you tell if someone likes you?

What are the signs?

Here's what people in London said:

Apart from the redness in the cheeks, you can kinda tell in the body language I think, the body language is the main thing.

Friendly and has a big smile and sometimes you can just see in the eyes if people like you or not.

You just know, it's difficult to describe.I think you just feel the way they look at you, the way they smile but it's difficult to describe. You just know inside that's it.

Now tell us:

How can you tell if someone likes you? What are the signs?

Let’s dig in!

When you are dating someone, sometimes, it is very hard to tell whether he/she has the same feeling as you or not. There are signs to guess, but it is not always 100% correct. In the interview, people say that when you have redness in the cheeks, that means you are excited and shy when you see the person like you. Well, that may be the case sometimes, but not always. From body language, it may also give you some clues as well. For example, when the person tends to lean towards you closer when he/she is talking to you or when the person genuinely touches your face/hands, he/she may probably like you. Also, when you look into a person’s eyes while you are talking, that is always a good moment to find out whether he/she is into you or not. When a guy speaks to you in a way that is quite gentle and tender, it could be a sign. When a girl looks at you in a way that is admirable, it could also be another sign.

 Word bank

  • Kinda 這是kind of 的口語化縮寫,口頭上很常用到,當你不太確定一個事情的時候,就可以用kinda (有點像是…)

  • Body language 肢體語言
