這篇報導相信對大家應該都不陌生，我想，各位也已經知道，當我們在訂飯店的時候，一開始看到的訂價，不一定就是我們退房時候的價錢。有時候，我們在住宿期間，會使用到其他的一些服務，例如，網路、健身房、冰箱裡的飲料零食等。這些照理說，應該是要包含在房價中的東西，收費標準會隨著你住的國家、地區、飯店而有所不同。對我來說，至少網路和健身房都應該要免費提供的，至於冰箱裡面的東西，在很多地方都是要額外收費，而且定價都高得嚇人，通常都會比一般市價高出三到五倍。
我們來看一下有那些服務項目通常是需要額外的費用的。
1.Early check-in fee. 提前入住費用
If you want to check in to your room before the preset time, you could incur a charge of as much as $50 for the privilege.
如果你希望可以在一般標準的入住時間，也就是下午三點以前入住房間的話，通常，都必須要付出大約美金50元才能享有此特權。原因是，通常飯店都是讓房客在12點退房，所以12點到3點這段期間就是他們房務人員整理房間的黃金時段，如果你要提早入住，那就表示，房務人員就必須提早把房間整理好。
2.Early check-out fee. 提前退房費
You may also be charged anywhere from $50 to the cost of a night's stay if you have to leave a day or more earlier than expected.
當你要提前一天離開飯店或是比預期的退房時間還要更早退房的話，你也是有可能會被酌收50元甚至一個晚上的住宿費用。
3.Cancellation fees. 取消訂房費
Need to cancel your stay altogether? Whereas before you might have been able to cancel your reservation without penalty by 6 p.m.on the day before your scheduled arrival, some hotels are now charging you a night's stay if you don't cancel within 48 or even 72 hours prior to arrival.
以前你可能可以在當天的六點取消訂房，但是，現在飯店通常都要求房客必須提早在48小時或是72小時前就要告知，否則就會酌收一個晚上的費用
4.Minibar restocking fee. 迷你吧的食物補充費
At some hotels you'll not only have to pay to enjoy an item from the minibar, you'll also have to pay a restocking fee to have the item replaced. So that $12 can of nuts may end up costing you more like $19.
如果你吃了迷你吧的零食，你不止要付零食本身的費用，還要負擔飯店人員事後補充零食的服務費
5.Automatic gratuities. 自動加成的服務費
Before you tip anyone, check to see if an automatic gratuity for their services has already been added. For instance, you may incur a one-time $10 to $30 fee to cover housekeeping and bellman gratuities, while your bill for room service or spa services may already include a 10% to 20% tip.
在國外付小費是很正常的，不過，在付小費之前，你可以先了解一下你的房價是否已經自動被加上10%到20%的服務費呢?
6.Gym fee. 健身房使用費
Some hotels are pumping up their bills by charging anywhere from $5 to $40 a day for the use of the fitness facilities.
有些飯店會酌收健身房的使用費，大約從5元到40元不等
7.Baggage holding fees. 行李搬運費
Need to stash your luggage at the bellhop stand? You might have to shell out a couple of bucks per bag to have them tucked away.
當有行李員幫你搬行李時，可能要考慮一下，因為通常服務完之後，都還是要給點小費才能打發他們。
8.Tiered WiFi charges. 無線網路的費用
Some hotels are charging for Internet access based on how you use it. For example, basic Internet service for things like checking your e-mail may be free, but if you need high-speed access, then it could cost you upwards of $10 a day.
雖然現在很多飯店都是上網免費，但是還是有些飯店硬是要收上網費喔~在使用前請務必小心為妙
