不少人經常在 you and I 或 my husband and I 等應該用 me 的情況中使用 I，簡單的文法卻犯了大錯，令人遺憾！

• It is a gift from my husband and me. (那是我先生跟我送的禮物) (正) － 介系詞 from 後面要使用 I 的受格 me。
• It is a gift from my husband and I. (誤) － 這跟說 from I 一樣是錯誤的。
• Between you and I, I think his wife is rather ugly. (這是我們私下說的話，我認為他太太長得有夠抱歉) (誤) － 這跟說 between I and the gatepost 一樣是錯誤的。

註：Between you and me = between ourselves = between you, me, and the gatepost/bedpost (你我私下說說，不可讓其他人知道)
