「伴手禮」在英文中可以用souvenir表示，也可以直接使用gift或present。souvenir 除了當「伴手禮」之外，也有「紀念品」（非禮物）的意思。

例句：
I bought lots of souvenirs in Japan to give to my friends and family.
我在日本買了一大堆伴手禮要送給親朋好友。

You should buy some gifts for your relatives in the U.S.
你應該帶些伴手禮給你在美國的親戚。
