人身攻擊處理
“Let's try and keep this professional, shall we?”(讓我們儘量保持專業可以嗎？)
“There's no need for personal attacks, we all want this to work.” (沒有必要人身攻擊，我們都需要這工作能完成。)
“It'd be great if we can all try and be professional about this – let’s focus on the issue at hand...” (如果我們嘗試保持專業，專注手邊的工作…)
“Name-calling is unnecessary. Let’s just move on.” (沒有必要指名道姓，我們進入下個階段吧。)
解決爭執及僵局
“I don't care for unprofessional bickering, let’s just focus on what needs to be done here.” (不專業爭吵沒有必要，我們可以將重點放在完成這份工作嗎。)
“We’re colleagues and things will go smoother if we work together.” (我們是同事，如果我們保持共識，事情會很順利。)
“This isn’t getting us anywhere. Let’s take a break and come back tomorrow fresh.” (今天到此為止，休息一下，明天繼續。)
“This isn’t constructive at all. Shall we take a look at what we can do instead of what we can’t?” (真的很沒有建設性，我們可以將重點放在能完成部份而撇開那些不能完成的部份嗎？)
