)如果管理只是督促,控制與質問,那我們每個人都天生就是主管了!往往有許多優秀的人,靠著自己努力衝刺一段時間之後,當上了主管,他們效仿共產領袖在公司進行了一場"造神運動"。忽略了帶團隊的力量,靠自己搞的工作暈頭轉向。久而久之情緒一落千丈,為什麼主管難當呢?因為大部分的主管以為自己是"老闆"而非領導人!

This person has to constantly (A.)keep his eyes on the horizon and develop new strategies and tactics. On the other hand, a manager maintains what has already been established. This person has to keep her eye on the bottom line and maintain control or else there might be disorder within the organization.

領導者也是相同的原則:積極拓展不同領域的事務與合作,透過各樣經驗刺激靈感、重組想法,並帶領討論如何付諸實行。發現問題時,重新討論並修正想法,在不斷的嘗試中朝目標前進。在這當中,領導者應以創造力帶頭執行、引導團隊方向。創造並非個人的能力,讓組織中的每個人都可以盡情想像並發揮、運用在開發與製造等環節中,能夠使企業持續產出吸引人的商品也是創造力的表現。
