The purpose of this meeting is...
(聚焦)〝The purpose of this meeting is to discuss how we can improve product quality…〞
Well, here's the agenda,"
Maybe we should get started."
I recommend/ In my opinion...
In my opinion, we should consider a new approach."
(模稜兩可) "Maybe we could consider a new approach .〞
I'm positive that...
想聽起來更強勢,那就用〝I'm positive that...〞或是〝I really feel that...〞開場。
(自信)〝I 'm positive that it's the vendor's fault〞
(沒自信)〝Dave in Marketing said it could be the vendor 's fault. I thought he had a good point.〞
Let's move on to
(強)〝Let's move on to the next point.〞
Maybe we shall get back to the main point."
(立場明確)〝I'm afraid I can't agree with this plan〞
(態度軟弱) Well, I'm not sure; It doesn't seem like it will work.〞
