Who's calling please?
這是非常禮貌的方式來詢問打電話人的姓名。
I'd like to speak to...
使用這句話來告訴對方您要通話的人姓名。
Speaking
如果您說＂我想和Shirley講話＂，而她就是接電話的人，她會回答說"Speaking!"，表示This is Shirley speaking'。
I'm sorry, the line's busy.
這表示對方正在和其他人通話或者電話佔線。
Would you mind holding?
如果電話佔線，您可以詢問打電話的人是否願意等一會。
Would you like to leave a message?
如果您想通話的人不在，接電話的人會問 take a message(您是否需要留言)。
Could you spell your name please?
當您需要留言時，您必須確定姓名拼寫正確。
Extension number
您可以使用extension number在公司中找某個人。
I'll put you through to his office.
另外一種說法是I'll connect your call。
Sorry, you've dialed the wrong number.
如果您撥錯電話，您可能會聽到這句話。
